PURPOSE: To make it possible to apply electricity again by opening a line inside an equipment after the line was opened without turning off a power supply switch attached to the equipment by connecting a restore button switch operable from the outside for a power supply line having a control portion to control the whole of the equipment.

CONSTITUTION: A motor-operated equipment is connected to an electric supply outlet for equipment to be controlled 10 and power is turned on to an electric line 2; then an indication lamp 3 is lighted. A control portion 4 is still unset state under this condition; and no output voltage is output from the control portion 4 and a power supply drive portion to be controlled 8 is not operated, the power supply outlet 10 maintains the state of unsupplied power, and the equipment to be controlled maintain stop condition. When a recovery button switch 5 is pressed, the control portion 4 is immediately set, and an output voltage is output to the power supply drive portion to be controlled 8 through an output device 7. In response to this, the power supply drive portion to be controlled 8 connects an electric line 11 connected to the electric outlet for equipment to be connected 10, and power is supplied to the power outlet for equipment to be connected 10 and motor-operated equipment starts its operation.
