Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a helmet capable of stopping shake in the longitudinal direction of the helmet without changing stress of an elastic material forming ear caps as in the conventional method and raising a wearing feeling of helmet.
CONSTITUTION: In a jet type helmet in which a base part of a chin band 3 is fixed to a right and a left insides of a cap material 1 and ear caps 4 are attached to the helmet so as to enclose the fitting base part of the chin band, a surface material 10 of a face to be brought into contact with the face of a wearer in the ear caps 4 is extended and projected further downward from the lower end of the ear cap to form handing a cover 11, and the chin band is stretched along the outside of the projected hanging cover, joined and integrated.
