To provide a safety unlocking device for a door-lock for an automobile intentionally unlocking the door-lock in case of emergency or in case of necessity without imprudently unlocking the door-lock.

The door-lock has an inside door-handle 1 for releasing the door-lock from the inside of a car, and the inside door-handle 1 is turned around a rotating shaft 4 and composed of a base section 5. The inside-door handle 1 has a handle with a slide 6 displaced in the rotating shaft 4 along the base section, a lever 7 installed to the rotating shaft 4 for the base section 5 so as to be rotated discretely independently by the same method as the base section 5 in order to actuate a Bowden cable 3, a bonding element 11 as the bonding element 11 fixedly connected to the slide 6, by which the slide 6 turns the base section 5 together with the slide 6 in response to the sliding place of the slide 6 while locking the lever 7 at a proper place for revolving the lever 7 and rotates the base section 5 together with the slide 6 while keeping the lever 7 under a un-bonded state and springs 8 and 9 deciding the basic places of the base section 5 and the slide 6 displaced along the base section 5.
