Desired front description information 105 is formed on a surface of a cloth of the surface decorative cloth 104 having a length corresponding to an interval between two adjacent vertical ropes 107a, 107b on a side surface part of the packaging and housing body 101. The front description information 105 is structured by forming letter information 105b and drawing pattern information 105c on straw-mat pattern information 105a which resembles the straw-mat shape on a surface of the packaging body 103. The surface decorative cloth 104 is sewn with vertical sides 104a, 104b arranged on inner sides of the vertical ropes 107a, 107b.
