PURPOSE: To prevent coloring, scent dissipation, decomposition, and deterioration of taste, of warmed SAKE (Japanese wine) by providing a temperature raising device of a pump-up tank and a humidifier of a heat storage liquid in the pump-up tank, and providing a radiation heat shielding and air guide blade between a heat exchange tank and a heat storage tank.

CONSTITUTION: When a pump-up tank 12 is allowed to descend to a prescribed position of the lower part in a heat storage tank 11 by operating an ascending/descending device 17, a heat storage liquid of the lower tank 19 being under the lower face position F of the heat storage liquid of a heat exchange tank 18 is supplied simultaneously into the heat exchange tank 18, and bottle SAKE filled in the heat exchanger 6 is warmed to a prescribed temperature in a short time so that SAKE can be collected. At the time of waiting for collecting SAKE, the pump-up tank 12 is drawn up to a prescribed position in the upper space in the heat storage tank 11 by operating the ascending/descending device 17, the heat storage liquid in the heat exchange tank 18 moves into the lower tank 19 in the heat storage tank 11, and the heat exchanger 6 is cooled by atmospheric air which uses a vent 21 provided on the upper part of the heat storage tank 11 from a vent 20 provided on the upper part of the heat exchange tank 18 as a flow passage. In such a case, radiation heat from the drawn-up pump-up tank 12 is cut off by a radiation heat shielding and air guide blade 22, and cooling is quickened.
