To provide a sake with grilled fin which keeps the shape of the fin of a blowfish or the like beautifully, causes no turbidity, and, therefore, improves a commodity value, and which gives off aroma sufficiently and provides pleasant flavor simply by the application of heat with a microwave oven or the like.

A sake with grilled fin is provided with a sake container 2 storing sake 1, a lid 3 placed over the open edge 2a of the sake container 2, and a fin storage body 5 storing the fin 4 of a fish such as a blowfish. The fin storage body 5 comprises a recess 5b formed so as to store the fin 4 and have an outside diameter that is not hermetically fitted in the container opening 2b of the sake container 2, and a flange 5a continuingly provided from the opening of the recess 5b and has a diameter almost equal to or slightly smaller than diameter of the open edge 2a of the sake container 2.
