An image display device 400 displays images of a plurality of types of in-store merchandise corresponding to merchandise storage positions PKS on both the front and back faces. When a general user inputs voice TOV for ordering the in-store merchandise through a microphone 101, the input voice is recognized, and the in-store merchandise and the merchandise storage position PKS are specified. The images displayed on both the front and back faces of the image display device 400 are highlighted. Thus, it is possible for the general user and the store operator to confirm the highlighted in-store merchandise as well as the merchandise storage positions PKS. Therefore, it is possible to quickly acquire and sell the in-store merchandise.
