The sales system has a proxy server 50 for storing information on a registered location as a location registered by a user in relation to a terminal identifier of a user terminal 40 possessed by the user, and a virtual store server 10 for storing information on names and locations of receipt stores to which merchandise can be delivered, in relation to physical distribution companies, and when receiving from the user terminal 40 a signal indicating a desire for merchandise receipt at a receipt store and information on the terminal identifier, reading out the information on the registered location stored in relation to the terminal identifier from the proxy server 50, creating a receipt store list page with a list of names of receipt stores in order of closeness to the registered location, and transmitting information about the receipt store list page to the user terminal 40.
