PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salt and a crystal form of (S)-6-chloro-7-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-2-trifluoromethyl-2H-1-benzopyran-3-carboxylic acid (compound A), which is a cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor, a manufacturing method of the salt and a pharmaceutical composition thereof and use thereof.SOLUTION: A salt and/or a co-crystal of the compound A exhibits excellent formulation properties such as high water solubility, good specific solubility, good crystallinity, good thermal stability and less moisture absorbance.SELECTED DRAWING: None
