PURPOSE: To avoid the spread of contamination, by providing a jacket, which comprises two members that are separated and combined and can seal a sample container in the inside, and providing a moving body, which has a recessed part that can internally hold the one jacket member.
CONSTITUTION: A sample container 13 is located in a contaminated area A and filled with a contaminated material. A jacket 14 comprises two member 14a and 14b that are separated and combined and is located in a clean area B. The sample container 13 is enclosed in the member 14a. The other jacket member is internally held by a recessed part 16 of a moving body 15. The moving body 15 is closely contacted with the surrounding part of an attaching hole. Under this state, the members 14a and 14b are combined. In ths way, the sample device can be sealed in the jacket without contaminating the outer surface of the jacket. The spread of the contamination to the surrounding clean area can be avoided during a conveying process and the like.
