Abstract:
To provide a sample holding device and a spectroelectrochemical measurement system enabling spectroelectrochemical measurement to be performed on various kinds of metal materials.SOLUTION: A sample holding device 12 comprises: a reaction chamber 28 having an injection port and a discharge port; a supply tube 40 supplying an electrolyte to the reaction chamber 28 through the injection port; a feeding tube 42 feeding the electrolyte discharged from the reaction chamber 28 through the discharge port to an exterior; a pedestal 30 which supports a working electrode 14 in the reaction chamber 28 so that a measuring surface 14a of the working electrode 14 formed of a metal sample contacts the electrolyte; a counter electrode support member 44 supporting a counter electrode 16 so as to be immersed in the electrolyte; a reference electrode support member 46 supporting a reference electrode 18 so as to be immersed in the electrolyte; and a probe support member 48 supporting a probe 22 for irradiating the measuring surface 14a of the working electrode 14 with light and receiving reflectance reflected from the measuring surface 14a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
