To provide a sample sheet enabling each piece of information on many types of cosmetics to be intelligibly and impressively indicated on samples.

The sample sheet 1 is constituted by making a horizontally- oriented approximately rectangular sheet body folded so as to have a prescribed shape. The left end of the sample sheet 1 is formed in a storage part 2 by making the left end surface of the sheet body folded back on the backside thereof and pasted in a bag shape so as to be formed into a storage part 2. Three openings A2-C2 are pierced on the surface of the storage part 2 in such a manner as to be arranged lengthwise. When a sample set 8 for holding the samples A1-C1 is housed in the storage part 2, the respective samples A1-C1 are exposed out of the openings A2-C2. In addition, the right end of the sample sheet 1 is folded without overlapping with the storage part 2 via three folds X extended longitudinally at regular intervals, in order to be formed into three folded surfaces. As these folded surfaces are opened rightward, different pieces of merchandise information can be indicated successively in the states of being made to correspond to the samples A1-C1.
