PURPOSE: To provide a sampling apparatus for low-temperature liquid which can introduce only a required amount of low-temperature liquid from a feed pipe to a vaporizer while keeping the low-temperature liquid cool effectively.

CONSTITUTION: In a sampling apparatus A, a part of a low-temperature liquid L such as LNG sent from a transportation ship or the like to a low temperature tank via a feed pipe 2 is collected, and the composition, etc., of the gas is inspected after the liquid is vaporized by a vaporizer 6. The apparatus is provided with an introduction pipe B for coupling the feed pipe 2 with the vaporizer 6 to guide the low-temperature liquid L from the feed pipe 2 to the vaporizer 6, and a cooling pipe C for flowing the low-temperature liquid D in the longitudinal direction at the outer peripheral part of the introduction pipe B to keep cool the introduction pipe B. One end of the pipe C is coupled to the upstream side of the feed pipe 2 and the other end is coupled to the downstream side of the feed pipe 2.
