Abstract:
To easily convert a conversion rate of a sampling frequency with a simplified structure.
On the basis of a sampling frequency Fs1 of an input signal and a sampling frequency Fs2 of an output signal there are calculated a ratio R of Fs1 with respect to Fs2, a maximum exponent R1 of 2 not exceeding R, a ratio R2 of R with respect to R1, and R3 satisfying R2R3/N and an exponent T of 2, and the input signal is converted to an average signal comprising an average value for every R1 samples, and thereafter a time position P with T taken as a period is calculated. The time position P is increased for every R3/2, and a linear interpolation on the basis of the time position P is performed for every change of the time position P.
