Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make a liquefaction preventing work easily even in narrow districts without producing vibration and noise and also with hardly producing discharged residual soil.
CONSTITUTION: A casing pipe 6 of 150mm or less in inner diameter at the top outer periphery of which a screw 11 is formed is pressed into a ground 2 while rotating. Also a synthetic resin net bag 17 is inserted into a casing pipe 6. Crushed stones 15 consisting primarily of those of 5 to 13mm in grain size are charged into a net bag 17 to form a crushed stone column extending to the ground. Next the casing pipe 6 is extracted. The head of the crushed stone column is formed integrally with a sand mat or crushed stone mat laied down on the ground. When the casing pipe 6 is pressed while rotating or the crushed stones 15 are charged into the net bag 17, water is supplied into the casing pipe 6 to suppress underground water from being spouted out.
