Abstract:
To provide a sanitary washing device capable of efficiently removing scale.SOLUTION: A sanitary washing device comprises: a water discharge part; a water supply line feeding water to the water discharge part; a backflow prevention mechanism having a sub-tank provided to the water supply line, a drain port for draining surplus water of the sub-tank, and a water outlet for draining water in the sub-tank to the water supply line downstream; a water level sensor for detecting a water level in the sub-tank being a water shortage level; a removing agent injecting part that allows a removing agent for dissolving scale deposited in the water supply line to be injected into the sub-tank; and a control part that performs a scale removing mode having a charging action of charging the removing agent to a downstream side of the sub-tank in the water supply line, a waiting action of waiting for predetermine time after the charging action, and a draining action of draining the removing agent from the water supply line after the waiting action. The control part continues the charging action until the water level sensor detects the water level in the sub-tank being a water shortage level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
