Abstract:
To provide sanitary ware in which stains on the surface of sanitary ware can be more easily removed and which has improved pretty surface appearance.
The sanitary ware is characterized by forming an engobe containing 1 to 50 wt.% of an emulsifier on a surface of pottery base material and further forming a light translucent glaze layer consisting substantially of amorphous components thereon.
