Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid facility investment for a generally high-priced machine tool used as a processing device for cutting a cut-out part and drilling a hole on both edge parts of a sash frame shaped material, at a time of shipment of the shaped material from a factory.SOLUTION: A sash frame 10 is processed for a dimension only at an intersecting surface 22 of a shaped material in a longitudinal direction, is processed for the dimension only at an intersecting surface 32 of the shaped material with right and left vertical frame materials 20, 21 having a tapping hole 23 formed in the longitudinal direction, and includes top and bottom frame materials 30, 31 having the tapping hole 33 formed in the longitudinal direction of the shaped material, first and second corner blocks 40, 41 for connecting a respective top end of the right and left vertical frame materials 20, 21 with a respective edge part of the top frame material 30, and third and fourth corner blocks 42, 43 for connecting a respective bottom end of the right and left vertical frame materials 20, 21 with a respective edge part of the bottom frame material 31. No cut-out part or screw hole is processed at any of the edge parts of the shaped material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
