To provide a sash opening and closing fittings improved of discharging rainwater and refuse and lessened of refuse, grit and the like remaining on the lower part of a sash frame by diminishing projections, grooves and steps on the lower part of the sash frame and also easily cleanable and not hurting the foot when the top of the sash frame is stepped on.

A plurality of magnetic sash rollers 1f are mounted on the lower part of a glass fitting frame 1c of the glass door 1, a flat base 3g of less step is provided on the lower part of the sash frame 3, a steel plate 3a is embedded in the sliding surface of the glass door 1 on the base 3g, an auxiliary guide plate 1e bent in a hook shape for preventing the glass door 1 from coming off is provided on the upper part of the glass door 1, and a fittings slip-out prevention piece 3f is fitted in the outside position on the lower base 3g of the sash frame 3 in the portion where two glass doors 1 overlap each other when they are closed.
