The sash 1 is formed of the metal sash 3 opened by turning about the shaft, an operating handle 11, and a rotation controller 13. The operating handle 11 is used for operating the metal sash 3 to open/close, and detachably attached to the metal sash 3. The rotation controller 13 fixes the rotation of the metal sash 3 at the predetermined angle, and has a metal sash engaging portion 17 formed on one end thereof to be engaged with the metal sash 3, and a frame connection portion 19 formed on the other end, so as to be connected to a frame 6. The metal sash engaging portion 17 of the rotation controller 13 is disengageably engaged with a depth surface 3a of the metal sash 3, and the frame connection portion 19 is detachably attached to a mounting fitting 21 arranged on the frame 6.
