PURPOSE: To provide a mechanical system which can continuously and automatically arrange soft food products in vessels so that one piece of the products are partially overlapped like SASHIMI (sliced raw fish).

CONSTITUTION: The machine system for arranging soft food products such as SASHIMI cut pieces in trays or the like is constituted with the stationary table 1 which is equipped with a sensor 10 detecting the food (a) transferred on the table 1 temporarily, the cross-feed unit (A) having the arm allowing the food (a) to move horizontally, the food-arranging unit (B) which allows the cross-fed food (a)to rotate around the shaft 3 and arrange the food in a tray, when the unit has received it from the unit (A) and the food arranged trays transferring unit (D) comprising the tray-holding table 21 for receiving the tray beneath the arranging unit (B), arranging the food in the tray as it moves intermittently and transferring the tray having the food arranged and the transversely moving unit 22.
