Abstract:
To provide a satellite broadcasting receiver capable of supplying converter power, on which a pulse waveform is superimposed.
A stabilized power source 42 generates DC power to be supplied to an antenna switcher and a converter. A pulse waveform superimposing part 5 superimposes a pulse waveform on the DC power. By turning on/off a switch 54 through a microcomputer 8, it is selectively switched whether or not the pulse waveform is to be superimposed on the DC power.
