Abstract:
PURPOSE: To sufficiently install a floor surface member and a wall surface member previously in a factory and prevent the transport of a bath unit, assembly of accommodation furniture, etc., from being obstructed.
CONSTITUTION: A temporary reinforcement structure of a building unit which is constituted so that a wall panel 30a is erected on one of two crossing side edge parts of a floor panel 20 and an opened surface is formed on the other can be obtained in the following method. In the first stage, a floor part fixing metalware 50 is externally installed through nailing at the part back-faced to the contiguous joist on the side surface of the side joist 22 of a floor panel 20 forming the bottom side of the opened surface. Then, a reinforcing member 40 is laid aslantly between the side joist 22 of the floor panel 20 and the longitudinal frame 31a at the outermost edge of the above- described wall panel 30a forming the erection side of the opened surface, and the lower edge part of the reinforcing member 40 is tightened on the floor part fixing metalware 50 by bolts. Then, the wall part fixing metalware 42 which is formed integrally through the welding at the upper edge part of the reinforcing member 40 is externally installed through the nailing at the part back-faced to the contiguous longitudinal frame 31b on the side surface of the longitudinal frame 31a at the outermost edge.
