Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce memory capacity by solving trouble in the phase of a chrominance sub carrier wave to be used for color demodulation when positioning is performed while keeping a composite signal as it is.
CONSTITUTION: The chrominance sub carrier wave reproduced on the side of a receiver is inputted to a terminal 8 and the chrominance sub carrier wave and a signal inverting the chrominance sub carrier wave are supplied to a selector 10. At the selector 10, the phase of the chrominance sub carrier wave is selected to be the same as a color burst phase after the rearrangement of scanning lines according to a signal T2 which is supplied from a timing generation circuit 13, and supplied to a color demodulation circuit 4.
