Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method and a machine for collecting materials scattered in a place of restricted height, by using a vacuum suction device and by using a working vehicle low in entire height with a suction hose of the vacuum suction device on the device surrounding its feet.
CONSTITUTION: A working vehicle 10 provides a device 1 surrounding its feet consisting of a hydraulic drive type crawler, a drive device 2 provided on the central frame of the device 1 around the feet, by which the device 1 is steerably moved and a vacuum suction device 4 having a flexible suction hose 3, which is connected to the tank of a dump truck through an extended hose. The suction hose 3 is held controllably by an demolishing device 7 provided on its top end and also an arm 5 having a freedom in the upward/downward and right/left direction by a first and second joint points 5A, 5B. As the entire height of the working vehicle 10 is set low, this machine can enter into the low floor place and the like of a belt conveyer freely and collect the scattered material of a dropped mineral ore and the like.
