To provide a pair of scissors capable of easily opening a hole on a can not to mention that the original cutting function of the scissors is provided.

This pair of the scissors are provided with a pair of scissor pieces 2 and 3 and both scissor pieces 2 and 3 are piled up and supported by an opening/closing center shaft 4 openably and closably with the shaft 4 as a center. At the respective scissor pieces 2 and 3, blade parts 11 and 31 are formed on a tip side from the opening/closing center shaft 4 and finger hooking members 21 and 41 are fitted to a fitting part on a base end side. At the scissor piece 3, a hole opening part 52 is formed at the non-piled-up part 51 of a connection part 32 positioned between the blade part 31 and the fitting part. The hole opening part 52 is provided with an engaging part 55 to be engaged with the rib of the bottom part peripheral edge of a gas enclosed can and a sharp hole formation part 54 for pressurizing the side face of the gas enclosed can and forming the hole on the gas enclosed can.
