The scissors 100 consists of a first scissor forming member 110 having a cutting part 111 with a straight blade, and a second scissor forming member 120 having opening parts 140 formed in a line and having a cutting part 121 of a comb tooth shape. Each of the opening part 140 is so formed that an open area 142 whose opening width becomes gradually larger as its being separated from a blade face opening part 141 formed on a blade face 123, and the base of the opening part 140 is formed with a projection part 143 projecting toward the blade face opening part 141.
