To provide a handle structure of scissors by which scissors can be used without blurring, the size of a handle ring can be changed according to the thickness of a finger, and small scissors can be made.

In one handle 3 of the scissors, a tube 4 into which an index finger is to be inserted is provided, and in the other handle 6, a rotating plate 7 is provided for holding by a thumb and a middle finger, and the tube 4 into which the index finger is inserted is made as a hook-and-loop fastener, so that the size thereof can be changed to conform to the thickness of the finger. Furthermore, by folding the hook-and-loop fastener when unused, scissors can be made small.
