Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors which may be provided with an operating member as thin as possible and has a lower possibility that the state of regulating rotation is inadvertently released.
SOLUTION: The scissors are provided with a pair of blade pieces 11 and 12 relatively rotatably across a connecting shaft 15. The outer surface side of the blade piece 11 is provided with the operating member 17. The operating member 17 comprises a base 25 which is supported to a connecting shaft 15 and a sliding member 26 which is disposed relatively slidably therewith. The relative rotation and the regulating rotation of the blade pieces 11 and 12 are switchable by moving the sliding member 26 in a lateral direction. The operating member 17 is disposed at the thickness at which its outer flank is approximately flush with the outer flank of a head 15C at the connecting shaft 15.
