Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can cary out a classification operation for garbages with little influence of a garbage state and weather.SOLUTION: A scraper for a belt conveyor includes plural contact bodies which come into contact with a surface of a transportation belt folded back by a rotary roller, and a wire rope which continuously penetrates the plural contact bodies and connects the contact bodies in batch-cutting form. The plural contact bodies connected by the wire rope are so disposed as to traverse the surface of the transportation belt at an inclined angle with respect to a width direction of the transportation belt, and one end of the wire rope which connects the contact bodies is provided with holding means having an elastic mechanism which generates substantially constant tensile force on the wire rope.
