In a scraper for a resin tube in which a resin tube 2 is inserted into the cylinder 1 in the wall of which a cutter 3 is fitted for peeling the outside surface of the resin tube 2 by turning the cylinder 1, the cylinder 1 is divided into two semicylindrical parts in parallel with the axis of the cylinder 1, and only the one side of them is connected by hinges 4 along with the axis, and the outer surfaces of the respective semicylindrical parts on the side not connected by the hinges 4 are provided with hollow parts 5a, 5b capable of being movably penetrated by a bar-shaped article 6 along the superposing part of the two semicylindrical parts; and a stopper 7 is provided to the one end of the bar-shaped article 6 on which the end of the resin tube 2 is abutted when the resin tube 2 is inserted into the cylinder 1, and a gap 8 enabling the axial movement of the stopper 7 is provided to the of the two semicylindrical parts that are not connected by the hinges 4.
