To provide a scraper of screen printing equipment, which prevents great frictional resistance from occurring at both the ends of the scraper, brings about smooth coating operations using a coating material, reduces the amount of the usage of the overflowing coating material, reduces the amount of the coating material to be disposed of, enables the coating operations to be performed by the supply of only a required amount of expensive coating material, and has excellent economy.
This scraper 21 comprises a central part 22 which is elongated in a direction orthogonal to a travelling direction, and both the bent ends 23; and both the ends 23 of the scraper 21 form bent parts 25 which are bent inward in the traveling direction, respectively. An inclined part 27, which is inclined backward in the traveling direction in such a manner as to be directed upward from the lower end of the bent part 25, is formed. Both the ends 23 of the scraper 21 are formed separately from the central part 22. Both the ends 23 of the scraper 21 are fixed to a mounting bracket 43 on the side of a scraper holder 41 by means of a fixing member. An almost triangular scraping surface 29 for the coating material 5 is formed of the bent part 25 and the inclined part 27.
