Abstract:
To obtain the sufficient scraping performance while suppressing the wear of an intaglio plate in the printing technique of filling a plate surface with a printing material by scraping the printing material supplied to the plate surface of the intaglio plate by a doctor blade.SOLUTION: A scraping condition setting method includes: a first step of scraping a printing material adhering to a plate surface with a scraping operation of relatively moving a doctor blade and an intaglio plate while bringing the doctor blade into contact with the plate surface of the intaglio plate; a second step of detecting the printing material transferred to a transfer object body; and a third step of setting the operation condition of the scraping operation on the basis of the detection result. When the printing material exceeding a prescribed allowable range is detected in a non-image line part in the surface of the transfer object body, the operation condition of the scraping operation is changed and set so that at least one of the pressure-contact force of the doctor blade to the plate surface and the relative movement frequency between the doctor blade and the intaglio plate increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
