In a client PC 10 in a computer system 1, screen file output processing is performed with input information including screen layout information 22, screen event information 23 and event processing method information 24, which are defined in a screen design file 21 of a web authoring tool 20, to output a screen file (e.g., APS (Active Server Pages), JSP (Java Server Pages)). Then, mock-up execution processing is performed, by using the screen file outputted by the client PC 10, a web browser 14 on the client PC 10 and an application server 41 on a server PC 40, to display a mock-up screen on the web browser 14.
