Abstract:
To reduce an amount of removed deposits that re-adhere to a surface of a treated screen frame when removing the deposits adhered to the screen frame with laser beam.SOLUTION: In a screen frame deposit removal method for removing deposits adhering to a screen frame 5 with laser beam by use of a galvano-scanner 2, deposit removal treatment is performed with laser beam 15 in a direction where the screen frame 5 does not exist or toward a place where the deposits have already been removed with the laser beam 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
