PURPOSE: To realize the removal of washing processing liquid and rinsing liquid at the boundary between a printing screen and a printing screen frame through low temperature and short time thermal drying by a method wherein highly water repellent teflon-based resin film is provided on the inner wall surface of the printing screen frame.
CONSTITUTION: Teflon-based resin film as highly water repellent film material is employed as coat 8, which is applied onto the inner wall surface 6 of a printing screen frame 1. Further, a printing screen 2 is produced by pasting fine metallic mesh 2, on which photosensitive resin film 4 is applied to the printing screen frame 1 and, after that, exposing the photosensitive resin film 4 through a mask having the predetermined printing pattern to light and developing and drying the film 4. During washing process, paste material adhered by spray- atomizing water-based washing liquid is removed and rinsing liquid sprayed by air-blowing is removed by spray-atomizing water. Next, the screen 2 and the screen frame 1 are dried by being heated with a hot air blower.
