PURPOSE: To prevent the leakage of cream solder to the under surface of a screen mask by providing an elastic sheet preventing the leakage of cream solder to the under surface of the side part of the pattern hole approaching the formed solder precoating part on the screen mask.

CONSTITUTION: A pattern hole 3 is formed to a printed circuit board 11 at the place corresponding to the electrode 12B of the board and an elastic sheet 4 preventing the leakage of cream solder 6 is provided to the under surface of the side part of the pattern hole 3 approaching the solder precoating part 13 formed on a screen mask 2. As a result, when the cream solder 6 is applied to the electrode 12B of the printed circuit board 11 by sliding a squeezee 5, the leakage of the cream solder 6 to the under surface of the screen mask 2 can be prevented and the cream solder can be applied in a well-finished state.
