Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device capable of efficiently and effectively washing a printing machine screen plate surface targeting both a flat screen plate surface and a rotary screen plate surface by a washing method which discriminates a streak part and a non-streak part.SOLUTION: This screen plate surface washing device has: a condition setting unit that sets various conditions necessary for washing a screen plate surface; washing liquid injection means for injecting a washing liquid to the screen plate surface; and moving means for moving the washing liquid injection means on the screen plate surface, and is provided with: a washing unit that washes the screen plate surface; condition storage means for storing various conditions; and a control unit that has condition instruction means for instructing the washing unit to select a condition suited to the thickness and the material quality of a photosensitive film on the screen plate surface and the streak density of patterns on the screen plate surface from conditions stored in the condition storage means and to wash the screen plate surface by varying a washing method between a streak part and a non-streak part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
