Abstract:
To provide a screen printer which can manufacture a mounting substrate having high quality bumps, and to provide a screen printing method and a manufacturing method of the mounting substrate.SOLUTION: A screen printer includes: a substrate holding part 30 which holds a substrate B in which a thin film G formed with multiple first openings H is provided on an upper surface and multiple electrodes E are exposed from the multiple first openings H; a mask 6 formed with a second opening 6a; a substrate positioning mechanism which moves the substrate holding part 30 to position the substrate B held by the substrate holding part 30 relative to a lower surface of the mask 6; a print head which injects a paste Pst containing solder particles S on the mask 6 into the multiple first openings H through the second opening 6a; and a vibrator 31 which applies vibrations to the substrate B held by the substrate holding part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
