Abstract:
To provide a screen printer which can form a high-quality solder joint, and to provide a screen printing method.SOLUTION: A screen printer M1 includes: a mask 6 formed with multiple openings 6a for printing a paste; a substrate holding part 30 which holds a substrate B; a substrate positioning mechanism 10 which moves the substrate holding part 30 to position the substrate B held by the substrate holding part 30 relative to a lower surface of the mask 6; a print head 20 which prints the paste on the mask 6 on the substrate B through the openings 6a; and a vibrator 31 which applies vibrations to the substrate B held by the substrate holding part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
