To increase the utilizing efficiency of a cleaning tape, and at the same time, to enable a mask sheet to be effectively cleaned.
This screen printer is equipped with a cleaning unit 22 which wipes off a solder paste adhered to the mask sheet 14 by the cleaning tape 29. In this case, the cleaning tape 29 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the mask sheet 14, and a plate 25 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the cleaning tape 29. Then, under this state, the solder paste is wiped off by the cleaning tape 29 while a suction force is being applied to a cleaning head 26 which is arranged on the lower surface side. On the plate 25, a plurality of holes 33 are provided with a prescribed clearance in the vertical direction (X axis) to the movement direction of the cleaning unit 22 in such a manner that the hole length D1 in the X axial direction may become larger than the clearance length L1. At the same time, a plurality of the hole rows are provided in the moving direction (Y axis) of the cleaning unit 22, and the holes being adjacent in the Y axial direction are provided in a manner to be respectively partially overlapped in the X axial direction and the Y axial direction.
