Abstract:
To prevent the tact time from being long due to the replacement of a cleaning medium.SOLUTION: A screen printer 1 comprises: a print unit 16 which prints a circuit pattern on a substrate P by using a mask 12; a work unit other than the print unit 16 which performs work related to printing; a cleaning unit 20 which cleans the lower surface of the mask 12 by using a cleaning sheet 20B that is attached in a replaceable manner; a detection unit 20H which detects sheet shortage of the cleaning sheet 20B; and a control unit 60. The control unit 60 executes: prediction processing (S301 to S308) of predicting timing which is the timing before the next operation of the cleaning unit 20 and at which the printing unit 16 is stopped and the work unit is operated when the detection unit 20H detects the sheet shortage; and guide processing (S208 and S211) of guiding the timing predicted by the prediction processing to an operator as the timing at which the cleaning sheet 20B can be replaced (nonstop replacement timing).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
