The doctor 1 has a blade 11 comprising a rubber like elastic material. Since a projected part 112 of the blade 11 opposed to an upper surface of the screen perforated plate form 3, forms a sectional shape of the more decreased wall thickness as the more tip side approaches. Since the projected part 112 is deformed according to the reaction 3 from the screen perforated plate 3 and deformation of the whole blade 11 is suppressed, a surface pressure to the screen perforated plate form 3 is uniformized and the coating material can be filled in an almost uniform film thickness.
