Abstract:

To improve a screen printing machine, which prints a creamy solder to a circuit board via through-holes of a mask by moving a squeegee along the mask with a squeegee moving device, to be more compact and easier to use.

A squeegee device body 200 is fixed to a mask-frame holder 120 which holds a mask frame 134 on which the mask 132 is fixed. A squeegee slide, a squeegee head and a squeegee-slide driving device are arranged on the body 200. A position adjustment device 122 including two front-rear direction adjustment units 144, one left-right direction adjustment unit 146 and one floating-support unit 148 is set between the body frame 70 of the screen printing machine and the mask-frame holder 120 and squeegee device body 200. A relative position between the mask 132 and the circuit board is adjusted by moving the mask-frame holder 120 integrally with the squeegee device body 200.
