Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a screen printing machine capable of bringing the leading end part of perforated stencil paper to a clamped state even when a standing time is long or environment is in a low temp. state and requiring no clamp member.
CONSTITUTION: The press roller 11 for bringing the stencil paper 5 sent out of a plate making apparatus 3 into contact with the outer peripheral surface of a plate cylinder 2 is provided so as to freely come close to or separate from the outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder 2 and an auxiliary roller 15 is provided in the plate cylinder 2 in opposed relation to the press roller 11 and the peripheral wall part of the plate cylinder 2 and the stencil paper 5 are pressed by both rollers to allow the ink in the peripheral wall part of the plate cylinder 2 to exude to the outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder.
