Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively clean a mask sheet by simple constitution without generating a problem such that cleaning paper is broken or wastefully consumed.
SOLUTION: A screen printing machine is equipped with a cleaning unit 16 for wiping off the solder paste attached to the mask sheet 7 by the cleaning paper 23, while allowing suction force to act on the mask sheet 7 by the cleaning head 20 arranged on the back surface side of the mask sheet 7, in a state such that the cleaning paper 23 is brought into contact with the back surface side of the mask sheet 7. A moving mechanism 6 for moving the cleaning unit 16 along the back surface side of the mask sheet 7, and a head driving means 37 for driving the cleaning head 20 relatively with respect to the cleaning unit 16, are provided.
