Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing method, a screen printing device, and a screen printing system capable of efficient mask cleaning without lowering productivity.SOLUTION: A screen printing method which abuts a substrate to a mask plate, supplies paste on the mask plate, and slides a squeegee to perform screen printing of the paste onto the substrate includes: a screen printing step (ST4) for printing the paste onto the substrate; a print number count step (ST5) for counting the number of printed substrates; a first cleaning step (ST10) for performing mask cleaning when a count number has reached a prescribed set number; and a second cleaning step (ST2) for performing the mask cleaning when a prescribed phenomenon not dependent on the count number is generated. When the first cleaning step (ST10) or the second cleaning step (ST2) is performed, the count number is initialized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
