Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply solder paste accurately on a part mounted land by eliminating a shear in position between a part mounted land and a screen mask.
SOLUTION: An image recognition device 7 detects coordinates of register marks 2 (2a to 2d) formed at four corners of a ceramic laminate substrate 1, and a controller 8 obtains a contraction factor of the ceramic laminate substrate 1 from the detected coordinates, and outputs a control signal corresponding to the contraction factor. A screen mask 6 is made of rubber, and held with a mask holding base 9. The mask holding base 9 receives a control signal from the controller 8, extends the screen mask 6, and conforms the screen mask 6 to a pattern of a part mounted land 3. Thereby, though the ceramic laminate substrate 1 is contracted by burning, a positional shear between the part mounted land 3 and the screen mask 6 is eliminated, and solder paste can be accurately supplied onto the part mounted land 3.
