Abstract:
To provide a screen printing plate formed without defect or disconnection of a fine pattern by incorporating high dimensional stability in the plate used for screen printing a thick film pattern.
In the screen printing plate comprising at least a screen frame 6 and stencil in such a manner that the stencil is made of a screen mesh and a plate film 30 for limiting a printing pattern, the mesh has two or more. And, interstices of at least the two meshes 10A, 10B are superposed at an oblique angle to be symmetrical to a printing direction, and the two meshes 10A, 10B are fixed by the film 30 or plating film.
