PURPOSE: To perform a good screen printing anywhere on a print base even when a thick-wall protruded article such as an electric part is formed on the surface by providing a notched squeegee on a section facing cover sections of a spatula component provided with flexibility.

CONSTITUTION: Two movable sections 22a and 22b are formed on sections facing cover sections 11a and 11b provided with flexibility of a rectangular squeegee 20 by forming notches 21 in the height direction. The width of the movable sections is formed to pass the cover sections 11a and 11b smoothly. When the squeegee 20 is pressed and slid in the arrow mark A direction on a metal mask 10, a printing material 30 is carried in the A direction by the squeegee 20 and the printing material 30 is printed on a pattern 3a of a print base 1 by the whole of the squeegee 20 passing through over a through-hole 12a of the metal mask 10.
